1.How long for shipment?

Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time.

2.Where is my order?

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.

3.Tips for shipping:

    • 1.For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
    • 2.Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
    • 3.PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by PrintDoors.
    • 4. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country’s facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
    • 5.If you have any question, please contact our customer service. Since we have too many emails to deal with every day, your email may be replied in 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

4.Incorrect address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

    • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
    • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse) If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged. Customer service is our #1 priority and we will do whatever we can to take care of you. 5.Security

Your online credit card transactions are secure. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. When the letters “http” in the URL change to “https,” the “s” indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you’re about to enter a secure area.

We do not store and card details on our server, instead processing is completely done offsite by our credit card processor namely 4Cs.
